Welcome to Seasoned Cooking's Recipe Index. Here, you can peruse a reverse chronological list of every recipe featured on our site through the years by simply scrolling down and wandering through page after page of delicious offerings ranging from your favorite roasted chicken dishes to the best apple pie you've ever had. But there are literally over 4,000 recipes on this site, so you might want to slim down the list without performing a standard search.

That's what this Recipe Index is for. Simply as many or as few of the options (e.g. "Breakfast" and "Brunch" or "Dairy Free" and "Vegan" within as many or as few of the categories below (e.g. "Course" or "Ethnic"). To select more than one option in a given category, click on multiple options while holding your shift key down. Likewise, you can unselect just one option chosen by clicking it again while holding your shift key down.

For example, if I wanted to find some main course brunch ideas to enjoy with a friend who is vegetarian, I could select "Brunch" in the Meal category, "Main Dishes" in the Course category, and "Vegetarian" in the Diet category. Then click the Apply button and peruse the results to find the perfect recipe or recipes for your upcoming get together.   • Cooking spray
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. frozen broccoli, thawed

Butternut Squash with Whole Wheat, Wild Rice, and Onion Stuffing

  • 4 medium-small butternut squashes (about 1 pound each)
  • 3/4 cup raw wild rice, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 heaping cup chopped red onion
  • 2 1/2 cups firmly packed torn whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: dried sage, dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
