A Cocktail Twist

Order an old fashioned cocktail just about anywhere in the country and the bartender is likely to grab whiskey from the shelf. However, in Wisconsin, that will be brandy, thank you very much. The Brandy Old Fashioned is a state tradition and one of my favorite drinks … but I'm not above tweaking it a bit!
