- 2 c. sliced grape/cherry tomatoes - a variety of shapes and colors is great
- 1 c. chopped sugar snap peas
- 1 large cucumber, sliced in half lengthwise and sliced into half-coins
- 5 oz. marinated fresh mozzarella mini balls, sliced in half
- ½ c. Italian dressing - choose your favorite variety or make your own
Combine all the prepared vegetables in a large bowl; toss to combine. Add the marinated cheese and dressing; toss again. Chill until ready to serve.
