Plum Blueberry Green Salad

  • 12 oz. chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 oz. crumbled goat cheese
  • ½ cup pecan halves
  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries
  • 1 large or 2 small ripe plums, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Place the first 5 ingredients (romaine lettuce through plums) into a large serving bowl. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and serve.

  • Yields: 4 servings
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
