- 12 oz. chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 oz. crumbled goat cheese
- ½ cup pecan halves
- 6 oz. fresh blueberries
- 1 large or 2 small ripe plums, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Place the first 5 ingredients (romaine lettuce through plums) into a large serving bowl. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and serve.
