- ½ orange
- 1 lime
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ jalapeno, sliced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process until a saucy paste forms. Use the marinade to prepare tenderized round steak for grilling or pan searing for use in tacos, salads, rice bowls, and more.
