- 10 oz. chopped romaine, red lettuce or butter lettuce - or a combination
- ½ cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 10 oz. chopped, cooked chicken
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup roasted pepitas
- 6 oz. chevre, crumbled
Arrange the greens, cucumber, strawberries, and chicken in a large, shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle generously with the nuts, seeds, and cheese. Serve immediately with any desired dressings on the side.
