Sheet Pan Turkey Sliders

  • 1 package (12 rolls) party rolls or slider buns - I used Hawaiian rolls
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • 12 slices thinly sliced deli turkey or leftover sliced turkey from Thanksgiving
  • 3 slices cheese Swiss, cheddar, or American, cut into 12 squares
  • Generous handful fresh greens such as spinach or arugula - I used arugula

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Carefully slice the buns in half without separating them. Spread generously with the mayonnaise. Add the cheese slices, turkey, and greens evenly across the buns; replace the top of the buns to make a sandwich.

Place sliders as a unit onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve warm.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings (a serving is 2-3 sliders)
  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes
