Salted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 lb. pumpkin seeds, cleaned
  • 1/2 lb. salt dissolved in 1 gallon of water

Boil the cleaned seeds in salt water for 20 minutes. Spread the cleaned seeds evenly on a baking pan. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour, stirring them every 10 to 15 minutes for even roasting.
