Red, White & Blue Salad

  • 16 oz. mixed salad greens
  • 6 oz. strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 6 oz. blueberries
  • 4-6 radishes, sliced thinly
  • 2 oz. slivered almonds

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. You can even make your own!

  • Yields: 4-6 side salads
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
