- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sriracha sauce
- ½ lb. sushi grade tuna, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. chili crisp
- 1 c. cooked ramen noodles
- 1 c. chopped broccoli flowerets, steamed
- 1 c. thinly sliced radishes
- ½ medium avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 scallions, sliced for garnish
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and sriracha, thin with a little water to allow for drizzling; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna with the soy sauce and chili crisp. Gently toss to combine and set aside while you prepare the bowls.
In 2 bowls, layer half the noodles, half the tuna, broccoli, radishes, avocado, and scallions.
Drizzle with spicy mayo and sesame seeds and serve with extra soy sauce and sriracha sauce on the side, if desired.
