- 2 navel oranges
- 1 head radicchio, chopped
- 4 c. packed spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 T. soy sauce or gluten free tamari
- 1 T. toasted sesame oil
- 1 T. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
Prep the fruit and vegetables and place them in a large bowl; set aside.
Place the remaining ingredients (soy sauce through honey) in a jar and shake well until everything is well-combined. Toss the dressing with the prepared fruit and vegetables and plate - serve immediately.
