- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 3 cloves garlic, finely crushed
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- ⅓ cup hot water
- 1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Juice from 2 small limes
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Blend everything thoroughly in a high speed blender.
