Quick Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce

  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup hot water
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Juice from 2 small limes
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Blend everything thoroughly in a high speed blender.

Adjust any ingredients according to your tastes.

Store any unused sauce tightly covered in the refrigerator.
