After removing seeds from the pumpkin, wash them in a colander under cold water, removing all of the stringy material. To do this scrub them between your hands until they are clean.

Spread the cleaned seeds evenly on a baking pan. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring them every 10 to 15 minutes for even roasting.
