- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¾ c. sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- ¼ c. finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ¼ c. grated mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices pepperoni, cut into strips
- ¼ c. basil leaves, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Spread on the bottom of a 10-inch pie plate, baking pan, or cast iron skillet. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on top, then add the grated cheeses. Add the pepperoni strips and chopped basil.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the top begins to bubble and brown.
Serve with garlic bread, crusty bread, pita/tortilla/bagel chips, or vegetables.
