- 12 dinner rolls
- 8 ounces pizza sauce, more or less to taste (I like having extra at the table for dipping)
- 6 ounces pepperoni
- 6 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 T. parmesan cheese
- 1 dash sea salt
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Cut the rolls in half. Set the bottom halves in a greased baking pan. Spread the sauce on the rolls in the pan. Layer the pepperoni slices over the sauce and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pepperoni.
Set the top parts of the rolls onto the sliders.
Melt the butter. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and a little salt. Stir to combine.
Brush/sprinkle over the tops of the sliders. Bake the sliders for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly crisped. Serve immediately.
