- 4 oz. frozen sliced peaches
- 4 oz. frozen raspberries
- 1 T. toasted wheat germ
- 1 T. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. plain lowfat yogurt
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass or travel mug and enjoy while reading the paper or running out the door!
