Green Garlic Butter

  • 1 lb. salted butter, softened
  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 stalks green garlic, cleaned and chopped into 1" pieces

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. The mixture will be shiny and light green in color with some specks of the garlic throughout.

Roll the mixture into tubes using parchment paper and refrigerate or freeze until ready for use.

  • Yields: 4 tubes of seasoned butter
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
