- 1 lb. bulk hot Italian sausage
- 1 lb. packaged gnocchi
- 1 c. roasted tomatoes
In a large pan, brown the sausage. When it's nearly ready, add the gnocchi - making sure to break each dumpling apart from the others - and sauté the mixture until the sausage is fully browned and the gnocchi is soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, about 7 minutes.
Add the roasted tomatoes all at once and stir gently to evenly coat everything with the tomatoes and their juices. Serve hot.
