- 1 T. peanut oil
- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 8 oz. snap peas
- 1 c. shredded turkey
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 2 T. honey
- 1 tsp. hot chili-garlic sauce
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the onion and red pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Add the snap peas and stir-fry an additional minute.
Add the turkey and toss to combine.
In a small dish, combine the hoisin sauce, honey and chili-garlic sauce. Add to the skillet and toss well to coat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the mixture and serve immediately over hot brown rice.
