- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ½ wheel (4 oz.) brie
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking pan with a silicone baking mat or spray with cooking spray; set aside.
Grate or cut the brie into small chunks: spread evenly over the puff pastry. Spread the dried cranberries evenly over the puff pastry. Sprinkle evenly with the sugar.
Roll up the puff pastry starting at one of the short sides. Cut into 8 slices. Lay the slices spaced evenly apart on the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool 5 minutes before removing to a serving tray.
