- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. white wine or champagne
- 12 oz. sweet cherries, pitted and halved
- 10 oz. strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 8 oz. blueberries
Heat the honey and the wine or champagne in the microwave for 15-30 seconds or until the honey is easy stirred to make a glaze. Watch it carefully, as honey will boil over very quickly. Set aside.
Wash, prepare, and toss the fruit with the glaze in a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
