- 8 oz. sliced fresh mozzarella
- 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced into wedges
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 oz. blackberries
- 1 honeycrisp apple, cored and sliced into wedges
- 1 oz. fresh basil, chopped
- Balsamic vinegar or Balsamic Glaze, for drizzling
Arrange the mozzarella, tomatoes, blackberries, and apple wedges on a large plate as desired. Sprinkle the top with chopped fresh basil and drizzle the entire plate generously with Balsamic Glaze or, if you don't have that, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
