This simple mix can be multiplied and stored in your pantry for up to 3 months. You can add some extra simple ingredients at cooking time to make either sweet or savory pancakes.
- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. thick rolled oats
- 2 T. toasted wheat germ
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until it's well blended. Transfer the mix to a container with a tightly-fitting lid and store it in your pantry.
