February marks the beginning of the 14th year Seasoned Cooking has been bringing tasty recipes, fun food tips, and all things culinary to the web for home cooks everywhere. We're happy you're along on this adventure with us and I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the people that have been part of making this happen over the years. Over the years, your support has meant the world to us.
So let's celebrate. I'd suggest mixing a drink, but I've also been craving fresh fruit. Maybe it's a winter in Wisconsin thing. So, without further delay, I bring you the best of both worlds … Margarita Fruit Salad.
Can you use different fruit? Of course! And you don't have to serve this in a fancy glass, but it is awfully pretty and we are celebrating, after all. This would also make a great Super Bowl party addition, by the way. So enjoy and have a fantastic weekend. Thank you for making Seasoned Cooking part of your own culinary adventure!

- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
- 3 clementines, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk briskly to combine. Add the fruit and toss to evenly coat. Allow to set for at least 10 minutes before serving. If desired, serve the salad in pretty cocktail glasses, with or without sugared rims.
