Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Vinaigrette

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

In a large serving dish, alternate slices of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oil, vinegar and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
