Smoked Chicken Club Salad

  • 8 oz. mixed salad greens
  • 2 T. thinly sliced sweet onions
  • 1/2 small kohlrabi, julienned
  • 1 garlic scape, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 small breakfast radishes, sliced thinly
  • 1 smoked chicken breast, shredded
  • 6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp and torn into small pieces
  • Ranch dressing -- optional
Divide all of the ingredients evenly among two serving plates. Serve drizzled with ranch dressing, if desired.

  • Yields: 2 main dish salads
