Nut-Free Granola Bars

  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. dried cranberries

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir well to evenly coat everything. Place the mixture into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan and press well into the bottom of the pan.

Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Cool for at least 3 hours before slicing into bars.
