Anyone who spends a bit of time here knows I'm a fan of bowl meals. And while those are often dinner and/or lunch ideas, there's no reason breakfast and brunch shouldn't get in on the game. This time around, a foundation of goat cheese whipped with hot honey and black pepper gets a swirl of spicy harissa added before topping it with a perfectly fried egg and a fun salad featuring all of the green things with a tasty dressing. Add a bit of toasted naan and call it breakfast. You will no regret it.
Can you change things around? Sure. The idea here is to put a good fried egg on a cheesy base that brings you joy alongside some fresh veggies giving you their best salad game. Then add toasted naan (or toast) to enjoy with it all together. Hooray for tasty food!
This is a meal unto itself. Add coffee or tea and call it breakfast. Or brunch. Just make sure you give yourself a bit of time to really enjoy it and then let it fuel your morning. Enjoy!
