July brings with it Independence Day and many opportunities to cook out and enjoy food in the great outdoors. So this month, we're asking you to share your favorite cookout foods with the rest of us. So whether it's traditional burgers and hot dogs or unusual ethnic cuisine, we're looking forward to hearing about them.

I'll begin. I really enjoy grilling fresh vegetables like corn (on the cob, of course) and red peppers. Adding pork tenderloin to the mix means dinner is all on the grill. I love being able to have fewer dishes to clean and only one place to watch (the grill) when I'm putting together a great casual dinner. I can't wait to hear about your favorite cookout foods, too!
