February brings with it cold weather and it's an ideal time to turn to our ovens to make some of the year's finest comfort foods. Baking meals, treats and desserts leaves the house smelling delicious and feeling warm. Then it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. This month, we're asking you to share your favorite baked dishes and recipes with us.

I'll begin. I bake to relax. Most often, it's cookies, bars, cakes or the like. I love the way it makes the house smell and the process is soothing to me. So for the process of baking, I prefer making sweets. However, when it comes to eating, I'm a fan of hearty baked dishes like chicken casseroles, lasagna and enchiladas. They are perfect for pulling out of the oven, serving and enjoying with friends and loved ones.

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
