Welcome to the second issue of Seasoned Cooking. This month's issue brings us articles about Chinese cuisine, some suggested seasonal menus, the challenge of getting kids involved in collecting, a few great ideas for how to maintain a simple fitness plan, and much more!

I'd like to introduce a special new column. From now on, the Readers' Corner will feature ideas that come from a very valuable source...you! Here's your chance to get involved in the Seasoned Cooking adventure by sharing your favorite recipes, craft projects, and fitness tips with us. We look forward to hearing from you.

I'd also like to take this time to remind you that Seasoned Cooking's message board is a great resource for those of you who want to exchange recipes, look for that treasure in the classifieds, or post an announcement about an upcoming event that might be of interest to Seasoned Cooking's readers. The BBS is one of the many free resources made available to our readers. Make sure you take a look at what is available. A complete linked list is provided on the frontpage and table of context frame.

With that said, let me invite you to peruse our new March issue. If this is your first time visiting us, you might want to check out our archives as well. Enjoy and, as always, let us know what you think.
