- 2 1/2 cups (one 1-lb, 4-oz can) sliced apples, undrained
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon each of ground ginger and dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring to blend ingredients. Simmer, uncovered over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
