Vegetarian Turkey Loaf

  • One and a half cups artificially flavored turkey gravy
  • 1 cup milk
  • Egg substitute (equivalent of 1 egg)
  • 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2lbs canned white beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped or diced, however you like it
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or garlic flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mash the beans into a smooth paste.  Using a slow speed on your blender, thoroughly mix in the milk, egg substitute, and 1/4 cup of turkey gravy.  When you have a smooth mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, salt, sage, onion, and garlic.

Slowly mix in the breadcrumbs until you have a workable paste.  Add breadcrumbs if you need to make it firmer.

Set it in a microwave casserole, and set it aside. *See below. Dressing and potatoes to follow.
