- One and a half cups artificially flavored turkey gravy
- 1 cup milk
- Egg substitute (equivalent of 1 egg)
- 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2lbs canned white beans
- 1 small onion, chopped or diced, however you like it
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or garlic flakes
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mash the beans into a smooth paste. Using a slow speed on your blender, thoroughly mix in the milk, egg substitute, and 1/4 cup of turkey gravy. When you have a smooth mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, salt, sage, onion, and garlic.
Slowly mix in the breadcrumbs until you have a workable paste. Add breadcrumbs if you need to make it firmer.
Set it in a microwave casserole, and set it aside. *See below. Dressing and potatoes to follow.
