- 1 can of mixed vegetables
- 1 can of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of quick rice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
Heat the vegetable broth in the microwave for 5 minutes. Add the mixed vegetables and the 1/2 cup of rice. Add the salt, pepper and oregano. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
