This makes a ton but if your teens are anything like mine, it’ll be gone before you can say leftovers!!!
- In some butter in a saucepan, sauté a chopped onion till soft and almost golden, add four cans ream of anything soup and two cans of milk and allow to heat through making sure to stir continuously. Once it’s heated through add two to three cups (depends on how thick you want it) of chopped cooked turkey, a cup of peas, and let it all come to a gentle bubble. Adjust seasoning and serve with steamed rice, pasta, toast or Yorkshire puddings. Watch it disappear.
