- 1 whole wheat flour tortilla
- 2 teaspoons onion cream cheese or mayonnaise (You can add as desired)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, torn
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Place the tortilla on a plate or flat surface. Spread some cream cheese or mayo on the tortilla. Place some slices of tomato, mozzarella and spinach in the center of the tortilla. Now wrap it all up into a burrito.
The delicious part of it all is you can either eat it cold, grilled, or heated in the microwave.
