- 4 large sweet potatoes (cooked) or 2 large cans of yams
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package marshmallows
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 cup Southern Comfort Liqueur
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Beat well until the custard is smooth. Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake for forty five minutes.
Place marshmallows on top. Bake for five minutes.
