Semi-Homemade Irish Cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1⁄2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1⁄2 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1⁄4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee
  1. In the container of an electric blender, combine cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, and coffee; process until smooth. Let chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Yields: 4 1/2 cups
