- 1 generous handful of thick corn tortilla chips (suitable for nachos or using with heavy dips)
- 1 c. diced corned beef
- 2/3 c. shredded cheese (choose your favorite variety or a blend)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 T. Thousand Island salad dressing
Preheat the oven to 325° F. On an ovenproof plate, arrange the tortilla chips, diced corn beef, shredded cheese, and green onions. Place the plate in the preheated oven and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is warmed. Generously drizzle the salad dressing over the top of the nachos and serve immediately, being cautious of the hot serving plate.
