- 1 1/2 oz. raspberry vodka
- 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Chambord - raspberry liqueur
Muddle a couple of lemon wedges, if desired. Pour ingredients except for the Chambord, that comes last. Shake cold with ice, and strain into a pretty martini glass. Now pour the Chambord. When pouring, touch the end of the pour spout to the inside for the martini glass. The Chambord will naturally sink to the bottom of the cocktail giving you a layered effect. Once again this goes back to presentation; it just looks cool to do it this way.
