Quick Tomato-Rice Soup

  • 1 (10 1/3-ounces) can condensed tomato soup
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking rice
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce

Combine the soup, broth, rice, celery, and pepper sauce. Bring to boiling; reduce heat

Cover; simmer for 8-10 minutes or till rice is tender.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
