Porcupine Balls

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of tomato sauce (or tomato soup)

    Mix all of the ingredients together, except the tomato sauce, until thoroughly blended. Form the mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Place the ball in a greased baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce or soup over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
