- 2 packages refrigerated biscuits
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. sliced green olives
- 2 oz. pepperoni - cut into quarters
- 1 c. tomato sauce - choose your favorite variety
Using a sharp pair of kitchen shears, cut the first package of biscuits into quarters and arrange in a buttered bundt pan. Sprinkle half the cheese, seasoning, olives and pepperoni over the dough. Cover with the other package of biscuits (also quartered) and repeat with the remaining cheese, seasoning, olives and pepperoni. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes or until the biscuit dough is fully cooked. Invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate and serve the ring with tomato sauce for dipping.
