PBJ Smoothie

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly or jam
  • 3 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
