PB Caramel Dip

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine the sweetened condensed milk with the peanut butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the vanilla extract. Store the cooled caramel dip in the refrigerator. If desired, microwave the dip for 30-60 seconds to soften it when serving.

  • Yields: About 1 1/2 cups
