Fruit (1 cup of any combination of the following)
- Sliced fresh or frozen banana
- Frozen strawberries
- Frozen blueberries
- Frozen peaches
- Frozen mango
- Frozen raspberries
- Frozen blackberries
- 6 oz. plain or flavored low or non fat yogurt
- 1 T. honey (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla or other extract (optional)
- 1 T. toasted wheat germ (optional)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
In the pitcher of a blender, combine all of your chosen ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
