- 13 oz. mint Oreos or similar sandwich cookies
- 9 oz. (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 oz. finely grated dark chocolate
Using a food processor, crush the cookies until fine. Stir in the cream cheese. A thick, dark mixture should form.
Scoop teaspoons of the cookie mixture (a small ice cream disher works very well) and roll it into balls. Coat in the grated chocolate and place on a tray. Refrigerate and enjoy your weekend!
