- 2 cups all-vegetable shortening
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 4 cups marshmallow crème
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, beat shortening and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add marshmallow crème, beating until thickened. Beat in vanilla until smooth.
