- 2 cups canned low-sodium lentil soup
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp. light vinaigrette
- Mixed greens with tomatoes, carrots and sliced avocado
- 1 whole-grain roll
Heat soup in a microwave-safe bowl; squeeze lemon into soup. Toss mixed greens with vinaigrette. Serve soup and salad with roll.
