Italian Footprint Cookies

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    Beat the sugar and eggs until blended to a cream color.

    Add the dry ingredients and vanilla. Scoop out with a spoon and stretch out onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
